AttractionsReporter - tour booking system

Attractionsreporter is a new project that we developed and it was launched several days ago. It’s an online service, which makes process of discovering and booking of attractions more human and personal. Users have the option of whatching a short clip of what to expect from the attraction, and book it in a hassle free way.

Attractionsreporter is also a B2B platform in tourism industry. Various attraction suppliers can register in the system, sell tickets online both through the website and through  custom booking pages, manage their bookings, offers, prices, etc.

What’s up in June-July 2010 (monthly report #4)

I just realized that I missed our monthly work report in June and now it’s already the end of July! So I decided to write about what we have been doing here at Inspirativ in June and July.

At present moment our clients from Cegomedia are actively adding thousands of watches into catalogs for future online shops. On our end we’re finishing main features for the shops and the first shop will be released within a couple of weeks.

On the 23d June we launched our own niche startup, which is a service for photographers (now only for the Russian market): gophotoweb.ru We started some marketing activities, already have several new clients and very good feedback. We are planning to expand and improve the service, as there’s big demad for quality and stylish websites for photographers.

No doubt, the main event in July for us was the launch of geckoboard.com web application for closed beta testing. Around 800 people tried Geckoboard withing the first week. Now we are working on new features based on user’s feedback.

In the end of June we started working on a new project called «Tight Bod with a Pod»: http://blog.tightbodwithapod.com/
We will be releasing some new functionality features for TbwaP pretty soon.

We also finished russian version and online shop for www.stadlerform.ch, but they are in the process of entering information and website is not launched yet.

Hopefully we will finish everything what is planned for August and even have some time for vacations, stay tuned =)

What’s up in May? (Monthly report #3)

May 2010 was very rainy here in Minsk, but it couldn’t impact on our working plans! Here is what kept us busy in May:

1. Programming of Geckoboard was concentrated on the dashboard configuration, programming interface for adding widgets and API setup. We continue adding new
widgets and hope that Geckoboard will be released soon. It’s really exciting to develop something that we will definetely use ourselves (and to tell the truth we already use but in a limited way)

2. We started development of the first e-commerce shop on a brand new webshop system for Cegomedia.

3. We relesed two websites for photographers:  http://www.kapluggin.com/ and http://fotograma-kunst.de/ Both websites are powered with Gophotoweb CMS for photographers. We are planning to launch Gophotoweb service for photographers this month. Gophotoweb CMS is really worth a separate post about it.

4. First part of the russian version of http://www.stadlerform.ch/ website was completed. It’s a separate website powered with Weegbo CMS and we are working on e-commerce store for them right now too.

That’s it for May, stay tuned!
